VINEYARDS
CASA BEATNIK VINEYARD.
Our vineyard at Casa Beatnik Country House spans three acres of 45-year-old Albariño vines, rooted in granitic soil and cooled by the Atlantic breeze. The vines sit just beyond the gardens, linking your table to the land itself. Hand-tended and organically farmed, they produce fruit of remarkable intensity — elegant, saline, and deeply expressive of Galicia’s coastal terroir.
PAZO DE GALEGOS WINES.
Our wines are made and bottled for Pazo de Galegos, the historic winery on the Casa Beatnik estate, in collaboration with one of the finest winemakers of Galica and Spain, Rodrigo Méndez and Forjas del Salnés. Each bottling tells a story of balance, restraint, and the rhythm of the vineyard that surrounds us.
HARVEST 2025.
One of our favorite weekends of the year — made even more special because we get to celebrate La Vendimia with guests, family, and friends who’ve become family. And of course, because this is Casa Beatnik, we put the fun back into farming — with hourly breaks for cañas & vino, a traditional harvest crush by foot at the end of each day, and long, lingering meals prepared by our Michelin-starred chef Marcos Campos.
art in every harvest.
Artist Ariana Goitía lived at Casa Beatnik during her artist residency, surrounded by the same vines, gardens, and Galician light that shape our wines. Each of our wine labels, from the 2020 through 2025 vintages, is a unique piece she created on site, painted by hand in direct dialogue with the land. Her singular talent transforms every bottle into a small work of art, a reflection of Casa Beatnik’s spirit, where nature, craft, and imagination grow side by side.
ALBARIÑO & BEYOND.
Our Albariño vines, planted more than four decades ago, are the beating heart of the estate. Come see why Galicia is one of Spain’s most exciting wine destinations with vineyard strolls, long alfresco lunches and unforgettable wines from independent winemakers. Come see where luxury is about space, nature and an unhurried sense of being.
Anicent vines.
On a perfect autumn day, we gathered with friends around Cascón, our oldest vine, more than 400 years old and among the oldest recorded in Europe. She’s the matriarch of our vineyard at Casa Beatnik, the keeper of its spirit.
This year, she gifted us 400 kilos of fruit, now resting in French oak to become a limited bottling of pure history. From her gentle second press, we craft a small batch of piquette — light, pink, and joyfully playful.
