In our cellar, housed in the estate’s 400-year-old historic wine press, you can discover some of the most expressive wines in Galicia: from Casa Beatnik’s own editions — crafted together with Rodrigo Méndez using Albariño from our vineyard — to the micro-productions of independent winemakers who work the land with intuition, sensitivity, and a profound respect for the terroir.

In our dining rooms, we create pairings that bring these wines to life alongside the season’s harvest from our gardens and the region’s culinary treasures. Each course is a dialogue between vineyard and kitchen.
