RESTAURANTS
TWO RESTAURANTS.
A love letter to Galicia, our restaurants celebrate estate-grown produce and culinary treasures sourced from the fishing villages and farmsteads that surround us.
Whether you’re a local, passing through, or staying with us, both restaurants are open to all.
Tribu.
18th-Century Pazo. Estate Gardens. Contemporary Galician Cuisine.
Chef Marcos Campos serves contemporary Galician cuisine in our historic 18th-century pazo, using ingredients grown right here on the estate alongside local treasures from across the region. Dine surrounded by centuries of history and our own gardens, just outside Santiago. No hotel stay required.
Friday, 8pm to 11:30pm
Saturday, 1pm to 5pm; 8pm to 11:30pm
Sunday, 1pm to 5pm
Bambola.
Three Ways to Dine. One Unforgettable Experience.
At Bambola, choose your setting: our enchanting main dining room nestled in the vineyard, outside beneath the Albariño vines, or poolside under the stars. Chef Federico Zedda’s bold flavors from faraway lands meet Italian classics across our vineyard sanctuary, 20 minutes from Santiago. This isn’t your typical Italian restaurant. No hotel stay required.
Monday, 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday, 8pm to 11:30pm
Thursday to Sunday, 1pm to 5pm; 8pm to 11:30pm
WEEKEND BRUNCH.
A decadent, open-fire feast of Galician churrasco, grilled sardines, fish tacos, wood-fired pizzas, and more from our Francis Mallmann-inspired grill and Neapolitan oven.
Sunday, 1pm to 5pm. Weather permitting.
MAVERICK WINEMAKERS,
Our cellar sits in a 400-year-old wine press room and tells the story of Galician winemaking rebels — maverick producers crafting small-batch expressions that challenge conventions and honor the land. We champion indigenous grape varieties and time-honored methods that others abandoned — but Galicia kept alive.
SANBAIA.
Sanbaia is a seafood restaurant aboard a nearly 100-year-old wooden schooner, moored in Sanxenxo, facing Silgar Beach.
More than just a seafood restaurant, Sanbaia is a one-of-a-kind dining experience where you enjoy a charcoal-fired tasting menu served on deck aboard a century-old schooner, surrounded by the sea, the Galician coast and the Atlantic breeze.
