Led by our Italian chef, Federico Zedda, Bambola blends Italy’s most beloved classics with the flavors and aromas of the lands that once traded along the Silk Road.
At Bambola, we do what we love most: handmade pastas, wood-fired dishes, smoked vegetables with nods like our baba ganoush, and a mix of Italian flavors with an exotic edge.

Every Sunday, Tribu presents a brunch featuring our most beloved classics — Fried Chicken & Waffles, Berry & Banana Pancakes, Shakshuka, and Pork Belly Hash — along with other signature dishes.
Come enjoy a lazy afternoon with us: a coffee, a cocktail, something sweet or something savory… you decide.
Open to the public every Sunday, 13:00–17:00 for Brunch, with the Lounge open until 18:00.

Wine tastings & pairings.
In our cellar, housed in the estate’s 400-year-old historic wine press, you can discover some of the most expressive wines in Galicia: from Casa Beatnik’s own editions — crafted together with Rodrigo Méndez using Albariño from our vineyard — to the micro-productions of independent winemakers who work the land with intuition, sensitivity, and a profound respect for the terroir.
In our dining rooms, we create pairings that bring these wines to life alongside the season’s harvest from our gardens and the region’s culinary treasures. Each course is a dialogue between vineyard and kitchen.
