Casa Beatnik is more than a hotel — it’s a destination for dreamers, romantics, creatives and seekers. Our first hotel is a cinematic escape nestled in Galicia’s lush Rías Baixas wine country, in an 18th-century manor house, reimagined as a sanctuary of seduction and soul. From fire-cooked dinners and barefoot revelry to quiet afternoons in the garden or poolside with a glass of Albariño, this is where beauty and boldness meet.
Created by Maison Bonhomme, the concept and design studio behind celebrated restaurants and nightlife destinations in Chicago and beyond, Casa Beatnik Hotels is the studio’s most personal project yet. Here, the storytelling is immersive. The design is layered. The hospitality is heartfelt. And the intention is always to transport.
We don’t claim to be perfect but we do hold a set of values that guide everything we do, from the way we design to the way we host. They’re not just ideals. They’re lived experiences.
JOIE DE VIVRE.
Every room, every corner, every table is a love letter to pleasure. We don’t do beige or bland — we celebrate color, shape, light, and contrast. From Soufiane Zarib’s handwoven rugs and furnishings by Molteni&C to custom ceramics and Popham-tiled floors, our spaces reflect a global eye and a romantic heart. It’s maximalist. It’s moody. It’s magical. This is luxury with personality — and a wink.
ESCAPISM.
Set within a centuries-old estate surrounded by vineyard-covered hills and Atlantic breezes, Casa Beatnik Country House was built for those who crave uncharted experiences. Guests sleep in lushly appointed suites and luxury yurts. They dine under the stars or wander through scented gardens. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is expected. It’s the freedom to let go, slow down, and sink into the moment.
CRAFT & CHARACTER.
Our world is built by hand and by heart. Every detail, whether it’s a vintage suzani from Tashkent, a carved door from Marrakech, or a chair rescued and reupholstered in velvet, is chosen for its story. We collaborate directly with artisans, makers and growers who preserve cultural traditions and carry them forward. Their touch is felt in every room, plate and moment.
NATURE & NARRATIVE.
From reclaimed materials to organic gardens and composting, we believe in sustainability not as a buzzword, but as a form of reverence. We design with the rhythms of the land, draw from our vineyards and nearby farms, and integrate eco-friendly systems across the property. Nature is not an accessory here, it’s the main character.
COMMUNITY & CONNECTION.
Casa Beatnik is a family, a creative tribe, a gathering place. Many of our team members are local to Galicia. Others come from around the world. Together, we’ve built a home where generosity, style and spontaneity thrive. Our greatest joy is watching strangers become friends around a long table or during a lazy afternoon in the sun. Because in the end, hospitality is about connection — and a little magic.
