From our pastoral surroundings in the Ribeira do Ulla, our guests are just a short drive away from the fishing villages and farmsteads of the Atlantic Coast of Spain. This is Galicia profunda, a rural idyll, whose bucolic atmosphere filled with vineyards, working farms and quiet villages perched atop hills or along shores, heightens our awareness of nature and the ever-changing seasons.
